What is the minimum order quantity?
For custom Diwali hampers, we require a minimum of 10 hampers. For smaller gifting needs, we offer preset donut gift boxes.
How far in advance should I place my order?
The earlier, the better! We strictly only work with pre-orders hence everything is baked and fresh to order, so give us a heads-up before our calendar gets booked!
Can I customize what's included in my hamper?
Absolutely. Add, remove or swap items based on your preferences, celebration and budget. Or if you want something additional added, shoot it our way.
Are your donuts baked or fried?
Baked. Always. Never fried. Our donuts are handmade and baked fresh to order, with no added preservatives — bringing a little something unexpected to the festive table.
How long do the donuts stay fresh?
Our donuts are best enjoyed fresh, which is exactly why we bake them to order. They can be kept & enjoyed at room temperature in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight for up to 4 days. Want to save them for later? They can also be frozen for up to 3 months - guarantee the same taste!
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Big order? We’ve got you. Bulk pricing kicks in at 30+ dozen donuts and 50+ custom hampers, with pricing tailored to your quantity, packaging and customizations.
Do you offer delivery/ pickup?
We’ll get the good stuff to you. ♡ We ship nationwide, offer local pickup in Glen Rock, NJ, and can arrange tri-state delivery for an additional fee. Shipping and delivery are always additional and depend on your order size, destination and timing.

How far in advance should we book our wedding desserts?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season.
Can you create a custom donut dessert table?
Absolutely. That’s what we’re known for! We create showstopping custom dessert tables that most of your guests have never experienced before — and won’t stop talking about.
Can we choose our flavors?
Yes! Choose from our signature flavors or create a custom spread for your day.
Do you offer vegan or allergen-friendly options?
We offer select vegan and dietary-friendly options. Please share your needs when inquiring.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! Tastings are available for clients and can be ordered during the planning process.
Do you offer individually packaged favors?
Yes! Our donuts can be individually packaged and customized as a sweet wedding favor. We offer favor boxes of individual, two and four donuts.
How long do the donuts stay fresh?
Our donuts are best enjoyed fresh, which is exactly why we bake them to order. They can be kept & enjoyed at room temperature in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight for up to 4 days. Want to save them for later? They can also be frozen for up to 3 months - guarantee the same taste!
Do you deliver and set up at the venue?
Yes! We deliver and set up throughout NYC & the Tri-State area for an additional fee. We bring the details that make the display feel special — our platters, tiered stands and signage — and can have our team or Priyanka, our founder, there in person to style your table and bring it all together.
Can you accommodate large wedding guest counts?
Absolutely. We’ve catered weddings with 1500+ guests! Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a large-scale wedding, we’ll create the right assortment and quantities for your guest count.

Can you customize the flavors and packaging with our brand/business logo?
Absolutely. We can customize assortments, packaging, stickers, labels and other finishing details to reflect your business. Have something specific in mind? We’ll work with you to bring it to life.
Do you offer onsite catering for corporate events?
Yes. Depending on your event location, we can provide delivery, setup and styled dessert displays, with onsite service available for select events. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll recommend the right setup.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier, the better — especially for larger events, custom packaging or branded orders. We recommend reaching out at least 2 months in advance.
Do you offer delivery and nationwide shipping?
Yes. We offer local pickup from Glen Rock, NJ, delivery throughout NYC and the Tri-State area and nationwide shipping. Shipping and delivery fees are additional.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate dietary needs depending on the flavor and order. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when you inquire so we can discuss available options.
Can you create custom gift boxes within a specific budget?
Absolutely. We can build custom gifting options around your budget, quantity and gifting goals. Whether you’re sending to 50 clients or 500, we’ll help you create something thoughtful without compromising the experience.
Can you send gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes. For larger gifting campaigns, we can help coordinate individual shipments/deliveries to multiple recipients. Share your recipient list, preferred delivery timing and budget, and we’ll help you determine the best approach.

Can you create custom flavors for our brand or campaign?
Absolutely. We can develop custom flavor concepts inspired by your brand, product, campaign or event. We also play around with the donut colors to match your brand identity. Additionally, we also custom print on the donuts.
Can you customize the packaging with our branding?
Yes. We can customize packaging, stickers, labels, tags and other finishing details to incorporate your brand identity or campaign creative. The level of customization depends on the scope, budget & timeline of the project.
Do you offer onsite setup or activations?
Depending on the project, yes. We can provide delivery, styled displays and setup, and may be able to support select events with an onsite presence. We’ll recommend the right format based on your event and goals.
